Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Gymcore. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Gymcore mobile application and website ("Service"), provided by Gymcore ("we", "us", "our"). By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

 

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Gymcore. Users under 18 years old must have parental or guardian consent. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. Parents/guardians are encouraged to supervise minors’ activity on the Service.

2. Use of the Service

Gymcore is a fitness-focused social platform. You agree to use the Service lawfully and respectfully. You will not:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

  • Post harmful, offensive, sexual, or abusive content

  • Spam or attempt to manipulate the referral or reward systems

  • Interfere with the Service’s functionality or another user’s experience

 

3. User Accounts

To access app features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.

4. Privacy Policy

Your use of Gymcore is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and process your personal information in compliance with applicable privacy laws, including the UK GDPR.

5. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Gymcore may offer in-app purchases and subscription services.

  • Billing cycles: Subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually, depending on your selection.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel a subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Renewals: Subscriptions do not automatically renew unless explicitly stated at purchase.

  • Refunds: All transactions are final and governed by the policies of the payment provider (Apple, Google, Stripe). We do not provide refunds except where required by law.

6. Content and Conduct

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By posting content, you grant Gymcore a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the Service according to your chosen visibility settings:

  • Public posts: Visible on the global feed and accessible to all users.

  • Followers-only posts: Visible only to users who follow you.

  • Private posts: Visible only to you.

 

You may delete your content at any time, and it will be permanently and immediately removed from our servers and from visibility within the Service.

You may not upload or share:

  • Explicit, sexually suggestive, or violent content

  • Hate speech, discriminatory language, or bullying of any kind

  • Content that infringes on copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights that you do not own or have permission to use

 

If you believe content on the Service violates your rights or these Terms, you may report it:

Upon receiving a report, we will review the content within 24 hours and may remove it, restrict its visibility, or suspend the associated account if a violation is confirmed. Repeated violations, including copyright infringements, may result in permanent account termination.

7. Community Guidelines

You agree to treat all users with respect and abide by our community standards. We may suspend or ban users who misuse the platform or violate these guidelines.

8. Account Suspension and Appeals

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may appeal such decisions by contacting us at gymcoreapp@gmail.com. Appeals will be reviewed in good faith, but Gymcore reserves sole discretion over final decisions.

9. Health & Fitness Disclaimer

Gymcore does not provide medical advice. All fitness, nutrition, and wellness content is for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise, diet, or wellness program. Use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

We are not liable for any injuries, health risks, or damages resulting from use of the Service.

10. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including software, algorithms, features, and other original content created by Gymcore, are owned by Gymcore. You may not copy, distribute, or exploit any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

11. Third-Party Services

Some features of the Service may rely on third-party providers (such as payment processors). Gymcore is not responsible for the actions, errors, or policies of these third parties. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and conditions.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gymcore is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, downtime, or disruptions. You agree to indemnify and hold Gymcore harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Force Majeure

Gymcore is not responsible for delays or failures resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, network outages, or other unforeseen circumstances.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email before the new Terms take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you are a consumer residing outside the UK, you may also benefit from mandatory provisions of the laws of your country of residence.
